A commercial invoice, one considered detail at a time.
Clear parties, identifiable goods and numbers you can explain. Start with what you know, then separate the details that need confirmation.

Clear goods descriptions reduce questions.
“Spare parts” may be too broad. The object, material, model and use help a reader identify what is being sent. Do not invent technical details or classifications to fill an empty field.

Correct totals begin with correct units.
Twelve pieces are not twelve sets. The draft shows quantity × unit value, rounding and the resulting amount. An additional charge appears only when you enter it.

A draft starts the discussion.
Use the final review to compare the document with the order and actual goods. Keep unanswered questions with the draft so the recipient knows what still needs confirmation.
Need help with preparation?
Start with a short question about the information to collect. Confirm actual requirements with your appointed carrier or agent.
